What cut of beef makes the best pot roast in terms of flavor, tenderness and relative lack of gristle?

I'm in search of the perfect pot roast. :)

Also, if you've got a great pot roast recipe, please send it my way.

I'll give you my Killer Meatloaf or Sinfully Delicious Ones (deviled eggs) recipe in trade.
