I have been going crazy looking for a recipe that food and wine had out and since I cannot remember the year I cannot find it. It was either mediterrain or Indian:
chicken spinach with tumeric I do not think it had tomatoes and a cucumber soup that was not put in a blender. I believe you take the seeds out put salt cover with paper towel and let it dry in refrig. It had yougart mint I need the full recipe for these two foods. It special I made it for my husband either before Justin was born or after 9/95, but I do know that it was special for my husband and I'd like to make it for our 10th anniversary.
