There are two anti-fungal shampoos on the market that might help. One is Ketachlor and one is Malaseb. Also, I used Selsun Blue shampoo, which my vet said was OK. It really helped the odor, and it cut down on the scratching, but the ph is different for dog vs. human skin, so I'm not sure this is a good long-term idea.
