HOMINY SURPRISE - BY GLORIA
- 2 cans hominy - drained
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- Butter
- 2 small can green chilies
- grated cheese
EASY! FAST! GOOD! Just dump all above (except the cheese) ingredients in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Pop in the microwave till warm, and serve!
