We make an easy frozen "smoothie" type drink in the blender year round. Take 1 cup frozen fruit, add 1/3 cup milk and 1/4 cup sugar. Blend until smooth. You can adjust the amounts to fit your tastes.
I mainly use frozen berries for this (strawberry, raspberry & blueberry makes a great combo), but I would think that you could use any frozen fruit. You can also add bananas.
