Guacamole Salad
- 2 avocadoes 
 - 1 cup peeled, slice tomatoes 
 - 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced 
 - half cup sliced, stuffed olives 
 - one-fourth cup minced onions 
 - one-third cup olive oil 
 - 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 
 - 1 + one quarter teaspoon salt 
 - one quarter teaspoon dried ground chili peppers 
 - Lettuce 
 - 4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled 
 
Peel and dice the avocados; mix with the tomatoes, eggs, 
olives, onions, oil, vinegar, salt and chili peppers. Heap on 
lettuce leaves and sprinkle the bacon on top. Makes 4 to 6 
servings.
