Jerk Rub
- 1 onion finly chopped
 - 1/2 cup finly chopped scallion
 - 2 teaspoon thyme
 - 2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon allspice
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 4-6 hot peppers finly ground
 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
 
Mix together all the ingredients to make a paste store in refridgerator for about a month.
You rub this unto uncooked meat to add flavor yummmmmmmm
