Freezer Macaroni and Cheese
Divide noodles and cheese between freezer bags. Blend very well the eggs, milk, butter and salt and pepper. Divide evenly between the bags of noodles.
- 32 ounces macaroni noodles, cooked & cooled
- 32 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 eggs
- 8 cups milk
- 2 sticks melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
To serve: Thaw and pour into baking dish. Bake covered at 350* for about 1 hour or until set. Covering prevents any noodles sticking up from egg mixture getting hard. To brown, remove cover during last few minutes of baking.
