Line foil pan (or other) with foil. Use half of ingredients per dish. Spread small amount of spaghetti sauce on bottom of each and layer noodles, spaghetti sauce, "plops" of cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cover tightly with foil.
- 12 ounces lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 5 to 6 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
To serve: Dip bottom of foil pan in warm water just long enough for to loosen and transfer to baking dish. Or for easier clean up, lift lasagna out (in foil) and place in baking dish. Thaw and bake covered at 350* until bubbling and cheese is well melted. If you want a browned top, remove cover last few minutes of baking.
