Broccoli Salad Even Kids Will Eat
Cook bacon until crisp. Break into pieces.
- 2 bunches broccoli flowerets, cut to bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup purple onion, chopped
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
Combine broccoli, raisins, pecans, onions, and bacon. Set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, cidar vinegar, and sugar. Mix well. Coat broccoli mixture throughly with dressing. Serve immediately or refridgerate until ready to serve.
I like it better after it has been mixed for several hours.
