Melt cheese. Mix in onion, seasoning, and saussage. Spread on rye.
Freeze on cookie sheets if possible. Then transfer to freezer bags.
To serve, bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
- 2 pounds regular saussage (fry and drain well)
- 2 pounds velveta cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 2 - 2 1/2 loaves party rye bread (Pepperidge Farm party rye)
