Poutine

1. Make french fries
2. Top hot fries with cubed mozerella or cheese curds
3. Smother cheese and fries with beef gravy

For italian poutine; replace gravy with spaghetti sauce. This take out recipe originated in Quebec, Canada and is now spreading to every burger joint around (arteries watch out!).
