Chocolate Cookies for Cookie Press

1 cup crisco shortening
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoon vanilla
5 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powders
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cream shortening & gradually add the sugars.
Beat till light and fluffy.
Add egg & vanilla.
Sift cocoa, salt, baking powders & flour together.
Add half the dry to the wet mixture, blend well & add the rest of the flour.
Fill the Cookie Press. Form the cookies on a ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 400 degrees for 10 to 15 mins.
Yields:60 cookies
