Peanut Butter Balls
Mix first 3 ingredients with mixer until well blended and creamed.
Roll into small balls, place on wax paper and freeze. Melt chocolate in a
double boiler, dip balls into mixture and return to wax paper.
- 1/2 pound melted butter
- 1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 12 oz chocolate almond bark
I freeze mine over night or longer but a couple of hours should do the trick.
If you have them out of the freezer too long the chocolate melts the peanut butter and you end up with a mess on your hands.
