Peanut Butter Balls (aka Buck Eyes)

Peanut Butter Balls (aka Buck Eyes)

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter
1 pound confectioners sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs

mix all ingredients.....chill
roll into balls and chill again
using a toothpick dip the balls into chocolate coating:

1 large package semi sweet chocolate chips
1/3 bar bakers wax (paraffin)

melt over low heat or double boiler

let balls stand on wax paper until set (only a couple minutes)

either chill or eat.
