Fantasia's Grilled Roast

Take a roast, poke it with a fork a few times and marinate it in italian dressing (olive oil and red vinegar, not the funky wishbone type) for at least 30 minutes to all day.

Remove roast from dressing and sprinkle with steak seasoning (I use montreal seasoning).

Sear the roast on all sides in a pan.

Put roast on pre-heated grill, turn it every so often to prevent a flaming roast. Or a rotisserie works well if you have one. Cook until your desired doneness.

Let it sit a couple minutes before you cut to keep the juices from running out and making it dry.
