One and 1/4 pounds crushed Oreos (Reserve 2 whole cookies for flower pot holes)
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
Let set up and fold in
One 9 ounce container whipped topping
1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
Wash two 6 inch clay flower pots. Scald to sterilize. Place the reserved cookies over the hole in each pot.
Layer the 3 layers, ending with crushed cookies. Refrigerate cake.
TO SERVE: Wrap pot in colored paper and place plastic flowers in pot. Use as centerpiece, then serve.
Double recipe will fill an 8 inch and a 6 inch pot.
