Fantasia's Gravy Recipe

brown meat in frypan in small amount of butter/oil (sausage is best for this one). remove meat but leave the drippings. brown a small amount of flour in the drippings until it is browned well. scrape the pan as you do this......whisk while slowly adding warmed milk. continue stirring until smooth and a thick consistency.

you can do this with any amount of drippings. just don't over do the flour - about 1/4 cup for a pound of sausage (whole hog breakfast type). salt and pepper to taste
