Crock Pot BBQ On A Bun

In the morning (before leaving for work), throw a 3 or 4 pound beef or pork roast (frozen works) into a crock pot.
Sprinkle on Mrs. Dash and add a chopped up onion.
Cover and turn on low.
When you get home, your house smells incredible.
Drain off the juices, pull meat apart with 2 forks and add BBQ sauce.
Serve on hamburger buns with pickles and chips.
