Blueyes' Apple Crisp
This is very simple:
3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour and 1/3 cup shortening.
This can be doubled, tripled etc depending on how many apples you use.
Peel and slice apples in deep dish then put topping on and bake at 350 until apples are cooked.
We have used this recipe for many years in our family.
