Brown Sugar Fudge

Combine sugars,milk, cream, and chocolate. Cook slowly, stirring constantly until soft ball stage (236 F.) Remove from heat at once. Add butter without stirring. Set pan aside to cool at kitchen temp. Grease pans (or foil line) When cooled to lukewarm add vanilla and begin beating. Continue until fudge has lost shiny look. Pour into pan. Let cool.
