Perfumed Play Dough

2 cup flour
1 cup salt
2 cup water
2 tsp. cream of tarter
2 Tbsp. veggie oil
perfume and coloring (optional)

Mix flour, salt, and tarter. Mix water, oil, food coloring and Perfume. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Cook over low heat 2-3 mins, or until it forms a ball.
