Best Peach Cobbler in the World
Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9x13 pan.
Slice 2lbs of peaches into the pan.
Top with 1 cup of sugar.
This should be a thin batter.
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 Teas. Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup Milk
Pour it over the peaches.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Put a cookie sheet on the rack under the pan, this often boils over. I
t's wonderful, an old family recipe and not a cakey cobbler.
There is more fruit to this than cobbler.
