Toss all ingredients together in a baking dish.
- 1 lb. fresh rhubarb, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 3 tbsp. water
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Cover and place in a preheated 350 degree
oven for 20 minutes or
until rhubarb is easily pierced by a fork.
Chill before serving.
