Croissant Sausage Sandwiches
- 4 croissants, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1 lb. smoked Polish sausage, sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 lb. Gouda cheese, sliced
Spread mustard over one cut side of croissant.
Divide sausage and cheese equally between croissant halves.
Top with remaining half and serve.
