Big Boy Beef Marinade
- 1-1/2 Cup oil
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire
- 2-1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Cup vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3/4 Cup soy sauce
- 1 Tblsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tblsp. coarse ground pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
- 1/3 Cup fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over meat and refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.
This is a family favorite. We make a whole bunch of it up ahead of time and
freeze it in portions in zip lock bags.
You can also freeze and reuse the leftover marinade.
We usually cut some beef into cubes for shish kebabs but it is also great for steaks.
