French Apple Butternut Coffee Cake
	
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F.
Step 1. Mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 Cup Canned apple pie filling  together and set aside. 
NOTE: OTHER FRUITS
SUCH AS CHERRY AND PEACH CAN BE USED 
Step 2. Measure the following ingredients and place in small bowl.
- Sugar, granulated 1 Cup
 - Salt 1/2 teaspoon
 - Flour, all purpose 1 Cup
 - Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
 - Coconut, macaroon 1/2 Cup
 - Butter or margarine 1/4 th Cup
 - Egg, whole 1- only
 - Milk, liquid (Variable) 1/8 th Cup
 - Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon
 
Step 3. Mix all ingredients of Step 2 well and spread into a well greased 9-inch Cake Pan.
 (it is a good
idea to line the pan with parchment paper because it tends to stick to the bottom of the pan)
Step 4. Spread apple and cinnamon mixture of Step 1 on top of ingredients in cake pan.
Step 5. Measure the following ingredients and place in another small bowl.
- Powdered sugar 1/2 Cup
 - Flour, all purpose 1/2 Cup
 - Soda, Baking 1/4 teaspoon`
 - Salt 1/4 teaspoon
 - Pecans, chopped 1/2 Cup
 - Butter or margarine 1/8 th Cup
 - Egg, whole 1-only
 - Vanilla 1/4  teaspoon
 
Step 6. Mix all ingredients of Step 5 well and spread on top of ingredients of Step 4, (apple and cinnamon mixture).
Step 7. Bake in preheated oven of 350 Degrees F. for about 30 to45 minutes;
 Cool and place in plastic bag until
ready to be served.
