Stuffed Potato Soup

Start with a potato soup base (saute sliced potatoes and some onion in a little oil or butter (I used canned white potatoes when I don't feel like peeling) then when they are lightly brown add 1/2 water and 1/2 milk to create the stock, add some bullion if its not flavorful enough - then to this add some bacon bits, some cooked broccoli, and some small bits of cheese. When serving garnish with a little dab of sour cream and some chives.
