Broccoli Cheese Soup
10 ounces broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup water
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cups milk
2 cups medium or sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large saucepan, bring water and broccoli to a boil.
cover and simmer
5 minutes - do NOT drain water.
Stir in potato soup and milk. Stir over
high heat for 3 minutes.
Whisk in cheese. Its important to use a whisk!!
