Pork and Rice L'orange

4 chops
2/3 cups rice
1 c water
1 c orange juice
1/2 c chopped apples
1/4 c raisins
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Trim fat from chops and brown on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Take chops out of pan and put aside.
Brown rice until golden.
Add water and orange juice. Bring to a boil.
Turn off element. Add remaining ingredients.
Turn rice mixture into large corning ware dish.
Arrange chops on top.
Bake with lid on. 350, 40 mins.
Let sit for 10 mins once done or until all liquid is absorbed.
