Tarragon Chicken

4 chicken breasts, skin removed
Condensed cream of mushroom soup(I used cream of chicken and it was great!)
1 c sour cream( I use low fat sour cream)
1/4 c sherry(or apple juice if no sherry)
1 1/2 c fresh mushrooms sliced(optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp tarragon
1/4 sliced almonds

Place chicken in roaster. Mix next 7 ingredients together.
Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with almonds.
Cover, bake 350* for 1 1/2 hrs

This is incredible. Chicken falls off bone. And sauce is great!
