Greek Pasta Salad
- Spicy Italian dressing in a bottle(Atlantic provinces use Sobeys brand)
- Multicolored Spiral Pasta
- Black olives(optional)
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped green pepper
- red onion sliced
- 1 cucumber
- feta cheese
Boil pasta until al dente.
Put in large serving bowl and pour dressing(usually about 1/3 of bottle)
over while still warm and leave to cool at room temperature.
When cool, add veggies and crumble feta cheese over all.
judge by appearance as to how much to use.
If needed add more salad dressing toss and server.
Cover and put in fridge.
Keeps for several days
