1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
Brown the roast, add the soups and water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer a couple hours.
Add veggies for the last 20-30 min or so.
Add a little flour/water mixture after you take everything out, and you have a great gravy!
