I usually make this with chicken but I'd think it could easily be done with beef or turkey.
In a casserole dish mix:
and a can of soup (I use creamy chicken, but I suppose you can use a beef based soup too)
sprinkle with some durkee onion rings
, top with a can of refrigerated crescent rolls, unrolled and laid on top,
then top with more onion rings.
Bake till hot and rolls are brown and cooked through.
