1 lb. ground round, browned and drained (I also rinse to lower the fat content)
1 can. cream of chicken soup (I use Healthy. Req.)
1 dash garlic
1 T. butter
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. sour cream (I use fat-free)
Mix all ingredients (except sour cream), cook about 15 - 20 min. on med. heat.
Just before serving, fold in the sour cream.
Serve over rice or noodles.
