Hamburger Stew

1 lb Hamburger
(Brown w/ chopped onion, salt, pepper, to taste)may need to add a little more salt later for taste.
I drain my meat.

1 lg can of stewed tomatoes
3 C water
3 chopped carrots
2-3 potatoes
1 can Tomato Sauce
spaghetti or macaroni (to desired texture)
Add all of this to a big pot and when it is about done cut the heat and simmer
and stir in 1 C milk continuously so it doesn't curdle.
You might add more water if needed.

this usually cooks for about 1-1.5 hours
