Rice with Salsa & Beans

1. Prepare 2 cups uncooked whole grain brown rice (really, any rice will do) as directed on package.

2. Stir in 1 cup salsa and 1 cup canned black or red beans, drained.

Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
