Taco Salad

1 lb. ground beef(or turkey)
2 cups of mild cheddar or mexican blend cheese(can use low fat)
Two tomatoes ,cut into small pieces
Onion, if preferred
Mild salsa
Bag of tortilla chips(baked are fine)

I put everything out in bowls, we put the tortilla chips down first, then meat, etc.

You can provide sour cream if desired also. My husband adds regular dressing in addition to the salsa.
