Louisiana Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Mash the following ingredients and place in a 13x9 inch baking dish or a casserole dish.

3 cups cooked sweet potatoes (or a big can), mashed
½ cup sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk

Mix the following ingredients and sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Or make ahead, refrigerate, and bake for 1 hour. Serves 10-12.
