PIN THE NOSE ON THE PUMPKIN GAME
HOW IT WORKS:   Buy or make a large poster board pumpkin. Draw jack-o-lantern eyes and mouth on the pumpkin but NO nose. Cut triangles out of black construction paper. Write each child's name on the back of triangle. Add a "loop" of scotch tape on the back of each triangle. Play like pin the tail on the donkey; whoever gets their nose closest to the correct spot wins.

SPIDER TOSS GAME
HOW IT WORKS:   Buy a decoration spider web. Hang on the wall. Have children make Pipe Cleaner Spiders from our
Craft Page.
Children can stand back from web a pre-determined distance and toss their spider toward the web. The one who comes closest to the middle of the web wins.

FISHING FOR SPIDERS GAME
HOW IT WORKS:   Have children make Pipe Cleaner Spiders from our Craft Page. Put spiders in a bucket. Have a pole with a string attached. Make a loop with the end of the string. "Fish" for spiders! Have a time limit of 30 or 60 seconds. Whoever catches the most spiders wins.
NOTE: Older kids can play a combination of Spider Toss and Fishing for Spiders. Child starts out fishing. After a spider is caught, the child may toss it to the spider web. Whoever has the most spiders caught on the web at the end of the time limit wins.

MOUSETRAP FISHING
HOW IT WORKS:   Put some mousetraps on the floor (new, clean ones, please) and give player a fishing pole with a stuffed mouse on it... or a witch, or anything, really... they try to fling the mouse out and catch a trap... if they're really good they can get more than one. Have them stand about 6 feet away from the nearest trap. Submitted by Lib.
