Years ago, when my special needs child was about 4, my friend gave me the best gift I have EVER received. She gave me the gift of time. With 3 in school and tied to my home by my severely handicapped 4 year old and healthy 2 year old, she gave me one day a month to do what ever I wanted to do by watching the two youngest while the others were in school. Unfortunately she ended up moving out of town after 4 months but I will never forget that. ; )
