Hi Dori,
My son is ADD and has a short term memory problem too. We try to write a lot of notes at school and he uses a tape recorder some that helps especially when he is writing a story or even long answers. I have total respect for you for homeschooling to special needs children. I don't think I could do it. I work with At-risk children at our school and that is hard work.
