Please take your child to the pediatrician immediately and ask him for a complete evaluation. If you have been seeing the same pediatrician for years and nothing has been said, ask for a referral to another pediatrician. What you have listed for your son sound a great deal like my son. Only a medical professional can make a diagnosis, but once a diagnosis is made, your school is required by law to help you with your child and provide the best learning environment possible. If your pediatrician isn't qualified to diagnose, he will refer you to a more qualified doctor. Once you know how your son thinks, life will be so much easier, for him and for you.
