Pancakes, 2 cups flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 half tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. granulated sugar 1 and 1half cup of milk, depending on thickness! Mix dry ingredients together, set aside, beat eggs, and add to dry ingredients along with some of the milk, mixing with wire or wish or fork. Keep adding milk until the batter is the consistency you want, pour about 1, forth of acup of batter into skillet, which you add some oil in the skilet first to get hot, fry until gooden brown.
