HAMBURGER SOUP

1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, diced
4 carrots, sliced
4 large potatoes, quartered
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 c. water
1 teasp beef bouillion granuales
1 tsp. bottled brown bouquet
sauce (Gravy Master)


Brown meat and onions. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook until done. Serve with cornbread. Makes 6
servings.

CROCK-POT HAMBURGER SOUP

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 to 2 lb. hamburger
diced potatoes
small diced turnip
water to cover
diced onion
diced carrots
diced celery
catsup, celery salt, seasoned
salt, garlic powder and
pepper to taste

Brown the hamburger and onion together. Add the diced
vegetables and seasoning and enough water to cover. Mix well
and cook in crock-pot until done.


**Have you tried dumping a pound og fried hamburger into potato soup?
It is real good.
