Edie, Here it is!
Funeral Potatoes
1 pkg frozen southern style hash browns
1/2 tsp salt
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c onions - browned
1 pint sour cream
2 c crushed corn flakes
1/4 c butter

Let hash brown thaw. Mix with remaining ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Pour into a 9 X 13 greased baking pan. Combine cornflakes and melted 1/4 c butter. Top casserole with corn flakes. Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
