For some years you could buy a packaged mix (Pillsbury, I think) for something called Tunnel of Lemon Bundt Cake. It was a lemon cake with a tunnel of pudding in the middle, baked in a bundt pan. It was discontinued a few years ago, but my husband still asks for it. Does anyone know how to make this from scratch? really appreciate your help.
