BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE
Crust:
2 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
3 tbl. brown sugar
Mix and reserve 1/3 cup; press remaining mixture into 9x9" baking dish; Microwave for 1½ minutes.
CREAM TOGETHER:
16 oz. cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. lemon juice
FOLD INTO THE CREAMED MIXTURE:
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 cups frozen blueberries
Spread over crust and sprinkle with remaining crumbs; Freeze until firm.
BLUEBERRY YUM-YUM
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1½ sticks of melted butter
Mix together and press into a 9x13" dish. Reserve some crumbs for topping.
3/4 cup sugar
2 pkg. of Dream Whip
1 cup milk
2 cans blueberry pie filling
8 oz. cream cheese
Mix Dream Whip & milk....when whipped add sugar and cream cheese.
Pour ½ of this mixture over crumbs; Spoon both pie fillings over cream cheese mixture; Add remaining cream cheese mixture; Top with remaining crumbs
