Banana Split “Cake”
Use 9 x 13 pan.
1st Layer: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
Mix together and pat in bottom of pan.
2nd Layer: 2 cups confectioners sugar (10X)
2 eggs
2 sticks margarine
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix at high speed 20 full minutes. Spread on top of 1st layer.
3rd Layer: Spread 2 large cans drained crushed pineapple on top of 2nd layer.
4th Layer: Place 4 large bananas, sliced, on top of 3rd layer.
5th Layer: Spread 16 ounces of Cool Whip on top of 4th layer.
6th Layer: Drain and place on top of Cool Whip on small jar of maraschino cherries.
7th Layer: Drizzle Hershey’s syrup on top of 6th layer and sprinkle chopped walnuts.
Refrigerate overnight or place in freezer 4 hours.
