Rotissiere Duck Marinade

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup duck stock
1 tablespoon ginger, fresh -- coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons lavender
1) Combine all. Brush ducks and & marinate overnight.
